There are many ways to go about this, you'll hear all sorts of advice, but which is the best technique to use. First off, do not submit your web sites or their pages to Google, or any search engine for that matter. Their Search Bot will visit your site any way. This does not guarantee a high ranking position, but you will get indexed somewhere in the search engines' cache.
Try these proven methods to get indexed in search engines within days:
Create a sitemap add this to your page at the bottom somewhere, ie, footer.
Submit your pages to socialbook marking web sites.
Locate high traffic web sites that allow you to create a free web page and add your links to those pages pointing to the page you would like indexed.

Further more, there is no guarantee that an SEO Company will give you the rankings you want, okay they maybe able to get you at the top or on the first page, but to keep you up there is a no no.
